Let AI publish good reviews, hold spam, tag, and reply automatically.

How to use it

Open AI Config from the left menu.
Turn on the master switch “Let AI manage my reviews”.
Choose what AI may do: auto-publish genuine reviews, auto-hold spam, auto-tag, and auto-reply.
Set the spam sensitivity, then Save.
Use “Run AI on all reviews now” to apply it to reviews you already have.

💡 Start with auto-publish and auto-hold on, and auto-reply off until you are happy with the results.
💡 New reviews are handled automatically as they arrive once AI is on.

It says no AI provider is set.

AI needs to be connected before it can act. Contact support if the banner stays after setup.

Reviews are not being auto-processed.

Make sure the master switch is on and the relevant action (publish/hold) is enabled. New reviews process shortly after they are submitted.

Will AI change reviews I already approved?

Running AI can re-evaluate reviews. It only publishes or holds based on the actions you enabled.

Can I turn AI off?

Yes — switch off the master toggle and AI will only score reviews without changing them.
