Thank customers with a discount coupon after they leave a review.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Coupon and turn rewards on.
- Choose the discount (percentage, fixed amount or free shipping) and any minimum rating.
- Set how long the coupon stays valid.
- Save — qualifying reviewers automatically receive their coupon by email.
Tips
- 💡 A small reward noticeably increases how many customers leave a review.
- 💡 Use a minimum rating if you only want to reward genuine, complete reviews.
Troubleshooting
A customer did not get their coupon.
Check that coupons are enabled, the review met the minimum rating, and the customer’s email is valid. Also confirm your email settings are working.

Can the same customer get multiple coupons?
Coupons are issued per qualifying review; set a minimum rating and review rules to control this.
