How to use it
- Enable Q&A in Widgets/Settings so the question box shows on product pages.
- When a shopper asks a question you receive a notification.
- Answer from the Q&A page; your answer shows publicly under the product.

- 💡 Answering common questions publicly reduces repeat support emails and helps buyers decide.
Troubleshooting
The question box is not showing.
Make sure Q&A is enabled and the app block is added to your product page in the theme editor.
